Talent management consulting is an up-and-coming business function and is often used to establish competitive advantage for several different business affairs. For a talent manager, the human capital is the primary resource that must be managed properly and there is no better tool than providing appropriate training to its employees.

Proper training provided by employing new hr strategies could play an important role in staff retention, improving morale and overall performance, since the training directly gets aligned with the career path. Identifying the appropriate training methods require the employee to be measured against the demands and requirements of his current job. The measure must include the skills required to perform the job and his current levels of expertise.
